>> ICICI Bank

The ICICI Bank 4th Customer First Awards 2008 is an award function where the employees from all across India are recognised and awarded by the Customer Services Team of the bank. The objective of this event apart from the above is to give a never before experience to the guests by making the overall event elegant, classy and grand.

The invitees list includes winners, nominees, GMs, Directors, JMD, MD, Chairman, CEOs of ICICI Group Companies and the top brass from across the Group.

In order to make the event and so the overall experience CLASSY and ELEGANT, following were executed:

  • Event Theme
  • Concept design & development
  • Stage installation & Decor
  • Background Masking
  • Large Backdrop frame installation
  • Concept, Design & Printing of the Backdrop & Dropdown banners
  • Concept & Design of interactive activities
  • Theatre style sitting arrangements with mid and side passages given except the front two rows for VVIPs and VIPs
  • Sound & Light system suitable to the sitting arrangements and the event venue
  • Two Dry Trees decorated with white and silver light effects placed suitably at reception just after the entrance
  • Vetiver thin green grass decorated with special light effects in both the sides across the length of the auditorium
  • Artistically designed and decorated Candle light stands placed suitably at both the sides of the food section]
  • Instant photographs of the awardees taken and handed over on-the-spot in a specially designed photo frame
  • Follow light system to catch the awardees the moment their name announced through receiving the award till getting down the stage
  • Live coverage of the whole program with a set of three Cameras, Mixer, Switcher, etc displayed on two life size screens with the help of two high luminous projectors
  • Two Gobo’s with Victory Scanners floating the Corporate & Award brand LOGOS all across the auditorium
  • Pre-selected instrumental music played during the event on suitable moments
  • Two Audio-Visuals run during the event produced by us
  • The event was closed with the digital fire crackers followed by dinner party

>> ICICI Prudential Life Insurance

 

We have recently organised a Neighborhood Marketing Promotional event for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Products & Insurance Advisors’ Recruitment. A unique event to reach specific target audience, to interact with them, get feedback and information and to give them an experience of the product(s)/service(s) at their comfort place i.e. the residential societies

>> Aquafina (PepsiCo)
 
 

Another event in progress is for Aquafina (PepsiCo). The event is divided into three steps involving Corporate Customer Relationship Program, Jar Stock Survey and Retail Mapping of Aquafina’s 20 and 25 liter jars in and around Mumbai.

1. Corporate Customer Relationship Program: The objective of this program is to encourage suggestions/complaints, to enhance the existing relationship and to analyse the findings to increase quality and business.

Nature of work

  • Designing the questionnaire
  • Reaching the Corporate Customers with promotional/non-promotional instruments
  • Taking, filtering and analyzing the information given by them
  • Mining and analyzing the information

2. Jar Stock Survey: The objective of this program is to find out the exact number of 25 litre Jars and dispensers given to corporate customers and to interpret these stats to know the assets present in market.

Nature of work

  • Designing the questionnaire (Data Collection form)
  • Reaching the Corporate Customers
  • Physically checking and counting the Jars and Dispensers
  • Data entry, mining and analysis

3. Retail Mapping: Aquafina is launching a new SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) of 20 Liter Jar in Bulk Water segment in Mumbai. With this new SKU, they have plans to enter the Bulk Water retail market.
The objective of this program is ‘to survey and map the relevant retail outlets in Mumbai on the high resolution street-level map’.
