A convict, Malik, is on the run chased by a team of police headed by Inspector Rathod. Seeking revenge from Rathod, who was responsible for his conviction, Malik kidnaps his wife (Rajee) and daughter (Geeta), holding them for ransom. After failed attempts to escape and fearing the worst for their lives, Rajee tries to distract Malik by seducing him. Though, what was started as a plan, takes a twist when Rajee - unhappy with her marriage to Rathod - finds herself being attracted to Malik.

As the story unravels we have a glimpse into the past and it’s repercussion on present in each character’s life. Kahin Door is the journey of these three characters, which liberates them from the hidden and suppressed truth about themselves as they have a glimpse of their true selves for the first time.
